A&R Management is a multi facet boutique management firm specializing in artist and producer management​, artist development, marketing, promotions, and consulting. The firm has served as marketing reps for labels such as SoSo Def, Jive, Atlantic, and Interscope. Currently, the firm is working with new singer songwriter Curti Fields (Sony/Epic), an songwriters Rock City (Rihanna's Man Down an Pour it Up, and more)​
 

A&R Management also hosts the "I Beat Daily" Official Producer Battle event in Virginia, Atlanta, an North Carolina.
